Once you have you a good idea of proper tight aggressive starting hands, as well as the beginnings of proper hand reading, it's time to polish the post flop game.
Now, since most of a hold'em game is played post flop, there will be many more concepts to understand and practice before you really have the tools you need to make a consistant profit. Some of these are quite complex, and can take a long time to master. However, this is necessary to do if you really want to play a solid, profitable game.
Most of your money is made POST FLOP, not preflop. So practice postflop for profit!
